We have stayed at this B&B three times now. Our daughter, her husband and children as well as our sister and her family have also stayed with Maria. All of us could not recommend Maria's B&B too highly. Maria is so friendly and accommodating, and while we were there this time in January 2012(8 nights), her brother was helping her and the both of them could not assist us enough. The location is a 5 minute walk to St Peter's, perfect in everyway. Thanks Maria, we'll be back.

il b&b di maria josè è ottimo in tutti i particolari, maria rosa è una persona molto cordiale e gentile ,la colazione è super.la veduta dell' appartamento è bellissima e la posizione è ottima ,in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva a s. Pietro .Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza a Roma. La ns. vacanza è stata bellissima. A presto.ciao

il beb da maria josè è favoloso,pulitissimo molto curato nei particolari e al mattino un ottima colazione,maria è una persona gentilissima...cortese lo consiglio a tt monica!!!

Un sitio excelentemente comunicado tanto por bus (al lado de la puerta) como por metro (a escasos 10 minutos) habitacaciones limpias, ambiente excelente y una amabilidad increible por parte de la responsable (Maria). El desayuno puntual y siempre abundante, incluye tortitas con mermelada, mantequilla, yogures, cafe o te, bolleria, zumos, y mas cosas. Si tuvieramos que repetir viaje, o hariamos sin problema en este Bed & Breakfast.

Se cercate un ambiente accogliente, curato e pulitissimo con vista incantevole sul cupolone,un'atmosfera rilassante e amichevole, colazioni abbondanti e deliziose questo è il B&B che fa per voi. La professionalità e cortesia di Maria Rosa vi faranno sentire davvero a casa.Grazie mille di tutto e torneremo presto!

We were here from 31 juli to 4 august 2011 and the service was excellent.We had the bleu room and that was very good and clean. Maria helpt us white everything and had some good tips about where to eat and what to visit. The location is very near ST Peters square and we took the red bus to all the other toeristic attractions. Our favorite place was the Piazza di Campo dei Fiori nice cafe's and good restaurants.

Nous avons ma femme et mes 2 enfants passé deux nuits chez Maria qui nous a accueilli avec joie et bienveillance, nous à aidé à planifier notre séjour à Rome. Elle nous a trouvé sans problème une solution de parcage protégé pour notre voiture pleine de bagages, nous a fourni le meilleur plan de la ville, et aider pour l'utilisation des transports public. Sa gentillesse et sa prévenance nous ont autant séduit que sa chambre et son petit déjeuné dans un cadre charmant et magnifiquement aménagé (elle aime l'art). Merci encore et bonne continuation. Je recommande chaudement ce B&B si prêt du Vatican et du centre touristique de Rome.

Nostri 4 giorni a Roma sono stati belli, meravigliosi e veramente impresionanti. Siamo state così contente di stare in una bella e molto acurata,comoda camere/bagno con una bella vista sulla cupola di San Pietro. Anche importante che la localitâ sta molto centrale da'l bus/treno/ metro. E signora Maria Josè con il suo servizio cordiale e la sua gentile asisstenza ha fatto perfetto questo tempo. Ti ringraziamo moltissime volte!!!! 5 stelle anche da noi. Wir haben 4 schöne und wirklich wunderbare und eindrückliche Tage in Rom verbracht. Wir waren so glücklich ein so schönes und sauber gemütliches Zimmer/Bad benützen zu können mit einer tollen schönen Sicht auf die Kuppel des Peterdoms. Auch ist das B&B sehr zentral gelegen nahe bei Bus/Metro/Bahn(Stazione San Pietro). Und der herzliche Sevice von Maria Josè und ihre freundliche Hilfe, egal bei welchem Problem, haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir danken Dir sehr!!!! Auch von uns gibt es 5 Sterne )

Spent almost a week in Rome at this charming B&B. Maria is incredibly friendly and helpful, the accommodation is excellent, the view from the balcony breath-taking. The location is superb and lends itself perfectly to exploring the city by foot, bus or Metro. Full marks.

What a wonderful place to stay while you enjoy the magic and ethernal Rome. This was my 4th visit to Rome but my favourite place to stay. This B&B has a 5 star service from Maria Rosa who will surely make you feel like at home. Great service, lovely rooms at a superb locations!! I will recommend it for sure! Greetings from Madrid

We spent 5 wonderful days in Rome (09/22-09/27/2010) made possible by our gracious host Maria Rosa. She offers bright and cheerful accommodations and we felt like we were at home. We will recommend this B&B to our family & friends. The view is spectacular and the night tour of Rome by car was a special "surprise". Maria, fino a quando ci incontreremo di nuovo.
